Set on a little narrow band which holds a drawstring for size adjustment. Interior is a gold twill fabric along with a grosgrain ribbon. This can be worn as a bubble crown or on the side of the head as a beret. Excellent condition with no issues. Label is Christine. Inner circumference runs 22 inches.
